It was beautifully decorated and the hosts were exceptional. The location and area was perfect with beautiful gardens and trees surrounding the property. Comfortable bed and very clean. The breakfast was beautiful and the breakfast room was calm and almost took you back in time. This is a must stay and we'll definitely be back, its the first time I've felt sad leaving a place I've stayed.
I cannot find a single negative. The owners have out a lot of love into the B&B

It was a beautiful property opposite the marina and a 15 minute walk into Bowness. The breakfast was fantastic. The room beautiful. We were welcomed like family.

The breakfast was amazing including lots of home made specialities. The location was perfect and an easy walk to the marina area. Host was friendly and welcoming.
