It was a lovely quaint English countryside experience
We were there when it was pretty warm, without air conditioning (which is pretty normal in UK) it was uncomfortably hot and had to leave the windows open to cool down but was noisy due to busy road.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at Storrs Gate House, our room was perfectly sized for our needs and very clean and well presented. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the idea of providing one firm and one soft pillar, to give you a choice. So many properties we stay in, you end up rummaging around on the floor looking for sockets, so to have sockets next to the bed was a bonus. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and the de-caff coffee was the best I've had!
The garden around the property is beautiful with the location just far enough outside of town to avoid the sometimes heavy traffic. There is ample parking in the courtyard at the front.

The breakfast was very good and plenty of choices.
There were no blinds on bathroom velux windows so felt privacy was not good as we were overlooked by some widows which were told area wasnt actually used we could have checked this out but took ladys word for it.
