Good value for money would definitely stay again
Some mould in the room and tv didn’t work at first but they did fix it very quickly would of liked the log fire included not to pay extra

The location was super close to the lake, which was perfect for us. A decent-sized room with a hot tub and free parking was a nice bonus. Staff were really kind and attentive, we received a call to ask if we needed anything. Which showed they really care about their customers.
The room was super hot, so sleeping was tough. They did leave some fans, which we used. Maybe I should've realised there was no AC in our suite. WiFi was there, but it kept buffering when we tried to watch a movie. So, for these reasons and a few others I won't mention, I won't be booking this suite again. Maybe we will try another suite next time.

Value for money, I expected a sperate lodge however the room is nestled in a building hotel setting, the spa bath was not powerful the jets hardly worked and would turn off after like 20 mins .. the tv in the bathroom when you turned off woul come back on itself! turn it off again, again comeback on! eventually just had to leave it on then turn the volume down. would not class as "Luxury" in the slightest.
My partner couldn't believe how much I had paid.
The balcony you looked out and literally could see folk downstairs in the tub, cold hear every single thing they were saying, no privacy at all.
