Lovely studio and will definitely return.

Luxurious studio with a private terrace. Quiet but close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Well equipped with good quality fixtures and fittings. Highly recommended.

Good location in centre of Bowness.

The location is very central and a few mins walk from The centre of Bowness. The furnishings were very good (large tv, bath in the room, kitchen facilities).

It wasn’t clear before booking that it was one floor in a big house (maybe 4-5 flats). So there was no outside space and no parking. Also a bit noisy as you could hear the neighbours. It wasn’t a big issue but we thought we were ground floor.

Quiet street, spacious room, comfortable bed, spotless everywhere. Lovely little patio was a welcomed surprise and the copper bath was perfect.

A gem of a place to stay.

An absolute gem of a place the room is so much larger in person than in the pictures the addition of the outdoor cozy area (though we didn't use) it was lovely.

My partner absolutely loved the bath and was so hellbent on using it whilst we visited. The views from the apartment were stunning also. Close to plenty of bars and restaurants and so close to the lake itself.

Impressive and price-worthy stay

Good location to the 599 bus station to either Bowness or Windermere. Impressive home decor and appliances, which created a warm and pleasant atmosphere for couple/family travelling. Super clean and tidy.

Can add an extra floor towel to the bathtub area if possible, as the floor can be slippery after using the tub. All other things are brilliant. Well done.

Exceptional accommodation in the heart of Bowness and equally exceptional communication. Highly recommend.

Exceptional apartment, beautifully decorated, copper bath, spacious, very clean and comfortable. Amazing aspect over the town from the arch windows, very romantic. Location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants and bars although the street is lovely and quiet. Free parking was easy. Communication excellent. Highly recommend.

The owners were always responsive to anything we needed to know and gave clear instructions re access and parking, etc. . I had high expectations considering previous reviews and wasn't disappointed. We liked the fact you could come and go as you pleased. The location was central and near to all you would want to see.

It was perfect for us. The stairs may be a challenge if you are bad on your feet.

This is our second stay it’s a lovely room with everything you could need. The location is perfect with a short walk to Bowness-On-Windermere

We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

The information sent about the stay and entrance to the property prior to arrival was clear and plentiful - we used one of the recommendations for restaurants nearby on the night of our stay. The room was clean and has been styled and decorated to a high standard. The facilities were great and it was great to have shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, and towels provided for showering. We didn't use the bath at the bottom of the bed but it is an attractive feature of the room! The property is only a short walk away from the lake and is in a great location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

We have just returned back to this gem of a place haven stayed just a couple of weeks ago. EXCEPTIONAL is an understatement!! Everything about the suite is beyond 5* The location is superb Most definately will be returning very soon

I would definitely come back

Very clean, the room was equipped with everything that you could possibly need in a stay! From coffee, jam, and biscuits, to an ironing board, pots, pans, and plates. Quite literally all you need to bring is yourself (maybe just a visit to the supermarket) haha!

Reaching the suite required climbing stairs all the way to the top floor, may not suit older people, but the amenities and the space itself makes up for it for sure.

Beyond Beautiful !!!

Wow...wow...wow !!! What an absolute amazing place this was. From the minute of booking the communication was great. The actual Guest House was in a fantastic location. The suite was beautiful, everything was to an exceptionaly high standard. The place was gleaming clean. I was only sorry we was here for just one night, I could have stayed for a month it was so beautiful. I could not reccomend this place highly enough and I will definately be returning without a doubt.

Very Modern, paid for the prosecco package and it was exactly what I wanted and even added an extra to make it even more special for our 10 year anniversary. Free parking round the corner Great location to walk into the town

Great property

Beautiful property… felt very luxurious. Great location to explore the lakes from. Located in the perfect spot for visiting Windermere and Bowness on foot. I mean if the weather is right…. Sadly it wasn’t on this occasion… but we didn’t let us stop us. We ate at the local Italian at the end of the street… Rastelli i think it’s called, it was lovely.

Need some firmer pillows… :) Oh not enough cups for 3… ended up using the glass mugs for a glass of wine…

Perfect in every way

Exactly as the pictures show. Beautiful stay in a beautiful room. Located ideally within walking distance from the main lake and attractions. Bed was very comfortable and the tub was the perfect addition. We loved staying here

Good place with kids

As shown in the picture, the room was as it is. We loved the area, room, facilities, and rest of it. Kitchen facilities and complementary tea coffee and cookies were amazing. we stayed there in the easter break (16th to 19th april). checkout by 11 am was really helpful. location was perfect and within walking distance from the shopping area and other attractions. the hilly slope is not so difficult to walk up and down.

- The room temperature was not adjustable even after following instructions. Nights were colder, and we had to use the electric fireplace. - People downstairs were very loud and arguing for the first two nights we were there and were smoking a few other stuff, so we were suffering with even the windows closed. - we were family of three and only two chairs were provided for the table, so in lack of a dining table it was a tad bit inconveient as one of us had to sit on the bed for eating - addition of microwave would be lovely for families with kids mostly - room is not soundproof, you can here all people walking on the stairs outside and dragging furnitures and walking on the floor upstairs, it kept our kid awake at nights

A lovely relaxing night away nice and close to the Main Street and not far at all from the lake

The flooring was stunning, bonus that it was heated. Loved the kitchen high quality appliances and the complimentary products were great.

Being on the top floor was a bit rough getting up with the bags but that’s no reflection on the property and next time I’d probably request a lower floor. However being on the top did have its perks as we did not hear anything from the other rooms. The parking experience wasn’t the best, again no reflection on the property as it really cannot be helped.

Perfect stay

The room was perfect. So beautiful and the bath was amazing. We loved having a little kitchen as well, everything you needed for a short stay. Check in was easy. Location was amazing you could get to everything within walking distance. The owners sent a list of recommended places to eat for dinner and breakfast which really helped! We chose one of their recommendations and the meal was perfect. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! Would definitely stay again.
