Outstanding location and beautiful room, the only issue is the bathroom we had in room #3 was ridiculously small. Besides that little issue it's a great spot.

Rooms clean, Mark made us feel welcome. Good location 10 minutes from the lake 5 minutes walk from the shops and restaurants. Good base if you wish to explore more of the towns by bus or car .

Very good location as near to bowness but not too near so it’s very quiet at night. Easy to get buses to other areas. No breakfast but well stocked tea tray, and plenty of places very nearby. Curtains not blackout so take an eye mask if that’s a mb issue for you. Parking available and free, just ask for directions when you’ve booked it. Definitely Recommend this hotel !
