A really lovely guest house and very warm and welcoming place to stay for a few days .
Hosts were very lovely too.
No complaints whatsoever

Breakfast was a wide variety of cold cereals, juices, pre-made yogurt with fruit compote jars, toast and packaged pastries, tea and coffee. I appreciated you could make ground coffee in French press. Nice assortment of teas.
I missed a protein with breakfast but lots of other choices. I am sure if I asked, plain yogurt would have been offered.

Location was excellent, a 15 minute walk down to the lake and a 10 minute walk up to the village of Windermere. Good parking round the back. Decent sized dining room for breakfast. The owners were very nice.
We were in a small double which was adequate but the shower room was very small and although clean, could have done with some updating.
