On the upper floor, the showers are noisy which can disturb guests who are having a lie in (does not last for very long).

Everything was very good except breakfast.
Breakfast contained yogurt, bread and few sorts of granola.

Location was excellent, a 15 minute walk down to the lake and a 10 minute walk up to the village of Windermere. Good parking round the back. Decent sized dining room for breakfast. The owners were very nice.
We were in a small double which was adequate but the shower room was very small and although clean, could have done with some updating.
