What a beautiful homely B&B

The breakfast was amazing,fresh ingredients hot and well presented lots of choice Rooms were spacious and very clean great location 5 min walk in Bowness Bed were so comfy slept well owners/staff are amazing very friendly I would recommend we will be returning very soon

Shower screen in our bathroom was very large so small gap to get into shower if u was a plus size person u would of struggled getting in and out tight squeeze Towels could be bigger

Weekend Away at Beechwood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beechwood. We had a lovely room with a comfy bed and enjoyed our super breakfast. Christine is a warm and friendly host. The location was perfect for walking down to the lake, shopping, pubs and restaurants. Definitely recommend staying there

Great location, a short walk to restaurants and many of the mapped walks. Lovely staff who looked after us and helped with all enquiries about getting around and walks. Breakfast was great too. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely weekend at the Beechwood

The owner was superbly welcoming. We had the 4 poster room which was spotless, very comfortable bed, excellent power shower. The breakfast was of a high standard, excellent quality and beautifully cooked. We had a lovely 2 night stay and will be returning.

The owner Catherine was so lovely nothing was to much trouble. Everything was very clean.

Beautiful guest house, very clean, breakfast was amazing and set you up for the day, rooms serviced daily if you want that, prime location close to lake, shops, excellent restaurants I would book beforehand though, will definitely be returning to Beechwood soon

Everything brilliant at Beechwood. The location is an excellent base for walking to both Windermere and Bowness. The rooms are excellent, both very clean and comfortable. The people are absolutely lovely. Will definitely be staying again.
