Lovely big and light room with great occasional chairs. Very clean and well appointed
The size of the shower cubicle was a bit small and water pressure wasn't that great.

Clean, nice room with a comfortable bed. Good breakfast - hosts always offering more toast, juice and tea/coffee. The guest house is in a great location down a quiet side street but within minutes walk from the centre. And on site parking is a bonus. Hosts nice and friendly.
Nothing wrong with the guest house at all but the decor and carpet in the lounge and dining area could do with a little updating.

Excellent location, parking, great breakfast, lovely room (No 8) and lovely hosts. We also got to try and Aberdeen buttery which was lovely too.
