We had a lovely stay at Latimer house. The room was spacious and clean and the location was within perfect walking distance to everything you could possibly need for a short break in the lake district.
The only minor negative was that the materace on the bed felt a bit lumpy to me but I would still rate the stay 9/10

Extention shower screen ir room 5 not adequate to confine the water within shower cubical. Floor flooded when shower switched on. X
