Extremely supportive and welcoming staff, offering excellent communications;
Five star accommodation, superbly clean, well equipped, excellent security, beautiful views out of our window.
Looking forward to our next visit!
The onsite parking is very limited (the staff make this clear), and we needed to park on a nearby road.

Very comfortable 'room only' accommodation in central Bowness with free parking.
Spacious fridge and tea/coffee facilities in the room .
Staff member that we saw was very polite and friendly.
The addition of a bottle opened would have been good
$$$$
