The room and en-suite bathroom were very clean. Everything was organised, all information provided upon arrival with notes and folder with all the needed information, instructions and even suggested restaurants/cafe nearby. Great location as well, walkable going to the train station and near the bus stop (convenient if you’re not driving). The host was also very accommodating.
The room was a bit smaller than we expected (though we booked small room) but just enough space. We could hear the tap running from upstairs or the next room if they’re using the bathroom.

Central for walking to both Windermere and Bowness giving us options daily.
Room was lovely with a nice touch of an upgrade an a homemade flapjack to welcome us.
Mark and Jane were so lovely, very welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make our stay a great one. Even kindly printed me a letter I needed urgently whilst away, which was very much appreciated :)
