Friendly and welcoming, very comfortable and immaculate room with obvious attention to detail. Spotless bathroom with good shower.
Breakfast options available, perfectly cooked and presented in a lovely bright dining room with a good morning mix of music playing in the background.

Location is great! Very close to Bowness & Windermere. The room is comfortable and bright. There's tea/coffee as well as shampoo and conditioner. Check in is easy in advance and key pick up very well explained. The health club access is easy and the facilities are lovely. You can book a treatment via the leisure club as well for a very reasonable price! Breakfast could be easily pre ordered and was great for starting the day!
Not an issue for us but some bedrooms are upstairs and there is no lift so just to be aware when booking.
The room was quite warm overnight, but we were provided with a fan and that was great!
