Very cosy brilliant selection of nibbles in the room coffee tea even hot chocolate biscuits and flapjacks great guide books in room for walks and restaurants etc.
Great location lovely hosts short walk in to Bowness or Windermere very quiet of a night perfect for a good nights sleep.
Room had everything required and more.

A perfect stay from start to finish! I loved the squash ☺️ The guesthouse was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. Great location, peaceful atmosphere, and excellent attention to detail. We would highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

Good communication from the owners about self check in etc. messaged us when we arrived to check all was ok. Beds were clean and comfy. Plenty of complimentary tea and coffee. Managed to car outside the property ok.
The room was a little chilly when we first arrived. We struggled to turn the radiator on which was turned to low but the owner popped up to sort that for us with no problem. The room wasn’t as clean would have expected it to be with cobwebs and dusty corners. We seemed to run out of hot water in the morning so only one of us could have a bath/shower. It was a bit out of the way of the town centre but we were just there for a friend’s wedding so that wasn’t an issue.
