Thornleigh Guest House - Free ON STREET Parking

The property was very clean and there was everything you needed.

The room was very modern and very clean ,big room ,and lovely shower

Just didnt get the code to get the key for the apartment but the owner rang me and sorted it straight away and was polite

Good location easy walk to the restaurant and shops, room was a good size and very clean.

It was in a good position as long as you have a car. Easy parking and quiet location.

Bed was uncomfortable. Lack of basic facilities,eg fridge for medication. Heating limited to certain hours, with no control or option given to the guests. Didn’t appreciate note threatening guests that, should you inadvertently lock yourself out at night, and not realising this until returning at sometime after 10pm, you could not contact anyone and would need to find alternative accommodation. This would be extremely difficult and stressful for any guest and I find this unacceptable given this is a tourist industry. I understand where the owners/staff are coming from, however I was in the tourism industry and there needs to be some form of after hours access. After all, we are all human and sometimes do make mistakes.
