Walking distance to Windermere and Bowness.lovely quirky accomodation comfy beds and a most superb breakfast.couldn’t fault it. Would definitely stay again

Staff were fabulous, beautiful room, lovely amenties and bath robes a big plus! We will definitely be back :) thank you for such a lovely stay!

Although we arrived early we were able to park, our room was not ready but we were given our keys so that we come come back later. Our room came with breakfast served in the room which we did not know. Superb breakfast every morning. All staff very friendly. 15 mins walk to Bowness or Windermere with buses available to other areas. Great place and location to stay. would definately stay again highly recommended.
