Excellent location in Windermere - walkable to Bowness and Lake Windermere. Ruth (the host) was really helpful when we had questions and brought us some more towels within 30 minutes of us texting her! Bed was comfy and the room was cleaned to a good standard :)
Lack of fridge was a shame, particularly as previous reviews had mentioned there would be one, but when Ruth explained the reason it was understandable. The room and bathroom are small so travel lightly if possible!

Bathroom fresh and clean, unfortunately no power in the shower, room was tired and dated, sorry but overall 😔
