Clean, cosy, lovely breakfast. Great location for shops, restaurants, bus and train services.

Jo was a great host. She answered any questions before I left for my trip and very friendly. She cooked a very good breakfast and I enjoyed poached eggs, bacon & mushrooms. You can have a full breakfast but those were my choices and very tasty. I enjoyed her coffee too. There is a variety of cereals you can have if you don’t want a full English breakfast. I appreciate the glass water bottle in my room after a long day of exploring. My room was a nice size and bed was comfy. I enjoyed a day trip with Mountain Goat and I took the bus to Grasmere (very pretty town), which had a fabulous shop there called Grasmere Gather. Thank you Jo for a great stay!
I enjoy fruit & yogurt but again the breakfast was good.
