Our stay at Glen Wynne was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to everything Windermere has to offer while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-presented, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The complimentary access to the health club, including the pool, sauna, steam room, and gym, was a fantastic bonus and really enhanced our visit. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout. We especially appreciated the warm atmosphere and attention to detail that made us feel at home. Overall, Glen Wynne offers outstanding value, a great location, and a memorable Lake District stay. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Honestly, no negatives. Usually we have issues with hotels when it comes to parking but these guys also have free parking right out front, subject to availability of course (was always available).

Everything was just superb! 🙂 the place was amazing, better than I expected. Big room with comfy double bed, excellent shower/bathroom facilities, good Internet and working TV with lots of channels to watch, everything was clean. Even though I couldn't see reception staff, they communicated very well and provided all the necessary info for check in with all codes. Complimentary coffee, tea and sweets were provided. Bonus was free access to a sports centre not too far from guest house which had excellent gym, pool and sauna relaxation unit. Everything was great!

Nothing really. The only tiny downside was that bathroom was a bit narrow but it was still great for a couple.

The location was really good. We could walk to shops, restaurants.

we did not like Self-check in. We struggle to park the car, open the door and connecting internet. but everytime, I had to write messege to the person in charge and wait till that person replies. It would be nice to receive proper face-to-face service. I would rather stay at the guest house with face-to-face service, and possibly including breakfast.
