From the moment i booked to the moment I left, nothing was too much for Anita or Dennis. Anita is a wonderful host, she makes you feel so welcome. The bedroom and location was perfect, 5 minis, if that, walk from Windemere station.
I wasnt sure where to go, Anita had so many options and helped me with options to decide. The room was perfect. Wonderfully comfortable bed, tv, fan , bathroom and toiletries all provided and breakfast was delicious. I could not praise this place enough. Thank you Anita for everything!

Breakfast was superb everyday, served hot and with so much care. This is the place where you feel like you come to visit old friends. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Bed is comfortable. The property is also ideal for those who don’t have a car and still able to navigate many villages nearby by public transportation. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby.

The property was very central to the theatre in Bowness which was our reason for visiting. Also close to
Shops, bars etc.
Our bedroom was very well appointed with an excellent shower room and beds were very comfortable..
The bedroom was small but comfortable. Lack of outside space to sit and enjoy views.
