Loved the staff they were excellent the room the atmosphere and the breakfast was great too
Just was hard getting the suit cases up stairs but the staff helped us on the last day.

We liked everything about Holly Lodge! Everyone that works there was so welcoming and hospitable. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was delicious. The location was also very convenient.

Holly Lodge is in an excellent location in Windermere, close to the centre and railway station but quiet. Everyone very friendly and welcoming. We were encouraged to use the sitting room for drinks, and even to eat in.
Decor is lovely. Interesting breakfast offers such as cream cheese and salmon bagel and bacon and egg buns.
Would have liked a lighter breakfast offer on some days eg. Yoghourt, fruit.

Close to railway station and town but on a quiet road. Self booking in system very easy.
