Very comforting accommodation in a great location close restaurants and the lakeside. Very welcoming and lovely hosts.

The location was perfect and the parking was excellent. The room was very good and we slept well in a comfortable bed. The room was spotless and the ensuite shower hot and powerful. The hosts did their very best to make our stay a good one.
It would have been nice to have a small refrigerator. Breakfast was available between 8.30 and 9.30 and this was not always convenient.

Very quaint, with lovely hosts and great croissants! The location is great - about a 20 minute walk to Bowness pier and close to the buses as well.
The hosts were extremely accommodating and the experience felt very homely. Would definitely stay here again if and when we come back to Windermere.
Nothing really, we were quite happy with everything.

Friendliness of Hosts and amazingly fresh breakfast.
It was very comfortable and so close to the Town Centre.
