Friendly and helpful host. Very clean room and public area. Well stocked room tea coffee sugar fan hairdryer comfortable bed pillows tv great fab shower. The cookies and shampoo and body wash excellent.
Quiet area but still in walking distance of small town with plenty of cafes restaurants pubs icecream shop fab great variety. Or down the hill about a mile to Bowles’s and lake Windermere with plenty of pubs restaurants cafes shops and activities to do

A good location off the main road, so quiet and near the shops and restaurants. Andy was very friendly and explained everything.
