Clean pleasant good breakfast comfortable and pleasant people really very nice and would return again
Parking wasn’t the easiest but I didn’t arrive until 11pm so maybe had I arrived earlier it may have been better

Little gem on a guest house in central Windermere. Great value for money, extremely comfortable beds and lovely hosts. Nothing overly fancy but just what I wanted. Would definitely stay again!
Rooms weren’t very big but that didn’t bother me.

The host(Chris) was very pleasant and accomodating. His recommendations for places to check out in the area are highly appreciated, especially the Orrest Head sunset view. Place was well-kept and allowed us to have great rest in the evening after beautiful day activities.

Good location and friendly host
Very basic accommodation- badly needs updating. Very small room with bed next to wardrobe- tight squeeze - and tiny toilet/shower in a wooden cubicle in room. Wood chip on walls and furniture and fittings like 1980’s. Breakfast ok. Mattress not comfy. For the money did the job.
