Rob and Becky were very welcoming and knowledgeable! They cooked a delicious breakfast every morning for us. The location of the house was excellent; only a few minutes walk to the centre. The room was very small and cosy and clean. The bed was made daily and towels were changed daily too! Whilst we would wait for our breakfast to be made, Rob would ask us how the day before went or what our plans were for the day ahead and he was so insightful! That interaction definitely added to our experience.
Just as a note, this was mine and my wife's first experience of a "house guest experience" so we didn't fully know what to expect. The room we got which was room 7, had the sink outside of the bathroom next to the apartment front door. which was weird to get used to at the start. The bathroom itself was very small, so it made sense to have the sink outside of it, but still that was a first for us.

Cute bnb located in Windermere town. Great breakfast and Becky and Rob were amazing hosts. Will definitely recommend.

It was a really beautiful, friendly, perfect place to stay. We loved the breakfast and it was a great location to explore the Lakes. The owner gave us some good tips and the bus stop is close by to explore further afield. We would 100% recommend this place.
