Home cooked breakfast. Lovely owner. Comfy room. We were doing the great north swim and left feeling relaxed and well fed. The car charger was an absolute bonus.

Lovely clean comfortable room, excellent breakfast and lovely friendly hosts, nice quiet location away from the main noise of Bowness but in walking distance, had everything we needed and will book again.

Very close yet still a nice walk into Windermere.

It was ok.
Incorrect information. it was stated that it is next to the Lake whereas Lake was approx 1.25 KM away.
room was very small.
there was no support staff.
water bottles were not available.
Not worth for the money.
