Nice and clean. Well situated
The member of staff who would not let me use toilet facilities.i explained I was desperate. She just kept saying check in wasn't until 2.30. this was at 2.05. we went into breakfast room intending to wait. She came in and said the room needed to be set for 2.30 so we couldn't wait. I have diverticulitis and really needed to use the bathroom. Our room was on the ground floor and she said she was cleaning it. She was absolutely adamant I couldn't use the loo
