    We were a little late to check out. I was in an official work meeting on my laptop while my 12 year old daughter was sleeping on the bed. We were all packed to checked out but she fell asleep as I was in this meeting. Someone knocked on the door which I opened, this guy walked straight into our room telling "Looks like you were not planning to check out. I have to clean the room for the next guest" this was very RUDE. Our checkin is at or after 3pm and checkout is expected at 10AM why do can you only do checkin at 3pm. When there is almost no way of communicating with the Management of the property as no one is at the property how are we expected to request a late checkout? Specially when we also checked in late and Still paying for entire stay. Finally, how can a man FORCEFULLY ENTER, the room where a 12 year old girl is sleeping, look at her, and say "you were not planning to leave" .. Well if I don't leave, I would pay for another night. BUT will not have a RUDE guy breaching our Privacy and entering a room where my wife is there and my 12 year old daughter is sleeping. Really sad and bad experience at a good property just because you have an awful staff. Thanks. Do not recommend staying here

    very near to the lake…clean room …very beautiful room …just walking distance to the lake and other shops LOVE IT SO MUCH ! RECOMMENDED !
