The hosts are extremely friendly and welcoming felt very personal explained everything very nice couple breakfast was fresh hot and good quality would definitely go back
On road parking but only a few yards away and the hosts make up for that

Linda and Chris were amazing hosts. I loved and enjoyed every moment of my stay and I will return. I loved hearing all their incredible stories. Linda is an encyclopedia of the Lake District, so will give you all the information you need. Breakfast was fantastic and set me up for the day. I didn't need lunch.

Excellent location. Not far from the station. Quieter area only slightly outside of the commercial centre of town. Room included all key facilities, including a clean, comfortable bed, clean, functioning bathroom, and a TV.
Only two small things. 1) Perhaps after breakfast, the dining room could be used as a communal area, and 2) perhaps over time, a small desk could be included in the room
