Welcome service was excellent, room was great and very comfortable. Great facilities including sauna and spa bath and little extras that made our stay lovely. Good location, ok parking, nice building. Bed was very comfy.

We arrived slightly early and decided to have a drink in the bar, Lauren (the receptionist) was absolutely brilliant, checked how long our room would be, even though we were early, gave us a complimentary glass of presseco and made us feel very welcome, she stayed and chatted with us till our room was ready, showed us to the room and explained how everything worked (hot tub, steam room etc), even offered to help us get our bags from the car, she honestly could not do enough. We really enjoyed our stay, opted for breakfast in bed for 9am. At 9am exactly, there was a knock on the door and breakfast was delivered. And, what a breakfast!! One of the best we've had in a long time. Local produce, cooked to perfection. I didn't quite catch the gentleman's name at the desk when we checked out, but he also, was kind, courteous and polite, even shook my hand as we left. A truly wonderful experience at the boutique hotel, and we will definitely return. Thankyou so much.
Honestly nothing to dislike about this place, if I had to be really picky, the bathroom fan was a little noisy but went off after 5 minutes or so of leaving the bathroom and didn't affect sleep
