Partitioned Rooms shouldnt be allowed in Booking.com

This property is not the same as advertised – this is a partitioned room and shouldn't be allowed to be on a platform like booking.com. The management did not cooperate to return the money even though I have not stayed there even for a day.

it was a scary experience and left the room within a few hours.

No reception. The place is an old villa converted to makeshift bedrooms. No wonder, it is not advertised as a hotel. The bathrooms are common facility and no decent person would like to take bath or use toilet even. its awful!!!I immediately wrote to Booking.com for refund, however, the response was lukewarm and totally disappointing. I called my bank to intervene but I knew money had gone to the drains. Beware of this day light fraud through so called reliable website like booking.com

Wrong location on Booking

The location mentioned is absolutely wrong. The actual location is in MBZ city and not corniche. This is 40KM away. Booking.com must do something. This is a fake listing

Only as backup for one night no more...

The only upside is that this place actually exists, which I stopped believing after two hours of searching. Another plus is that you can lock yourself in the room with a key on the door (for security).

The air conditioning is shared between two rooms through a hole in the wall, and it's noisy. You can hear someone snoring through the hole. Most importantly, for most people, this place will be impossible to find without additional directions, as there are no signs, not even the slightest, and the booking confirmation doesn't include an exact, let alone accurate, address or GPS location. The hostel is in a dingy apartment building above a grocery store on the eighth floor, in "apartments" 801 and 802. I searched for it for two hours with the help of local residents and vendors, but no one knew what I was looking for, so I returned to the airport (over two hours back and forth). Only after I complained did someone respond on WhatsApp and provide me with this GPS location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/GpGmSyxDAP4gr6aY6 . On the bed, a sheet with plastic wrap underneath, a blanket, and a pillow without a pillowcase. Only for the brave and tough :)

Irresponsible management

Very bad experience. I booked and paid for two rooms, but when I arrived at the apartment, they asked me to adjust in just one room. 😡 I had to sit there for two hours to get my room

The picture on booking has nothing to do with what was in reality. No green carpet as it is displayed. I have a feeling that either it was one of the rooms in this “prestigious” hostel , I even can’t name like this , I’m sorry, or it’s just another apartment placed at other address. Because there are definitely 2 different places on booking.com with the same picture of balcony with green carpet. Second: there is a GIANT HOLE , approximately A4 size, made in the wall to place the ac for 2 partitions. I have no idea who created this idea, but It was totally cringe. Coz you hear your neighbour like it’s in the same room. If the neighbour switches on the light in his room, you don’t have to worry - through this hole the light will illuminate yours ))) the door to balcony, since it’s 2 partition - on rails - isn’t closed completely . So there is a gap between the wall and the balcony door, so the hot air fills the room quickly and of course you will be hearing all sounds from the street. I used ac - in was strong . So, with ac is ok.

Schandalig slecht hostel. Geen enkele foto op Booking is een weergave van de waardeloze bende die ik aantrof. Werkelijk alles is stuk, vies en versleten. De gastheer (niet de eigenaar) moet snel een nieuwe baas vinden. Na contact met Booking gaven zij mij 17% compensatie, de eigenaar liet niet van zich horen! SCHAAM JE!

Grausamste Erfahrung überhaupt - positiv war nur, dass ich nach einer Nacht gegangen bin.

- Zimmer mit Loch zum anderen Zimmer - man hört alles - durchgelegene Matratze - schmutzig - Balkon nicht zugänglich - Badezimmer komplett eklig - kein Toilettenpapier - komplett schmutzig - Haus selber ebenfalls sehr heruntergekommen und verschmutzt - übler Geruch im Zimmer / Wohnung und dem gesamten Haus - Rezeption gibt es nicht - nach Buchung mühsamer Kontakt zum Vermieter Schlafen Sie lieber auf der Straße, da ist es sauberer und besser! Pour l'endroit et le prix, hébergement correct où j'ai bien dormi.

la chambre individuelle pour le prix, même si la clim est commune entre deux chambres individuelles, ce qui peut laisser passer du bruit la méritoire propreté pour la région, ne vous affolez pas devant l'allure des baignoires, leur plastique est usé, mais ce n'est pas sale! la cuisine propre et un peu équipée, assez pour mes besoins.

le frigo dans la chambre, qui fait sauter le disjoncteur et qu'il ne faut pas utiliser balcon de la chambre inaccessible (porte fenetre bloquée) pas de bouilloire dans la cuines donc descriptif erroné dans booking...
