A wonderful hotel with a great location, friendly and helpful staff, and very clean, comfortable rooms. Everything was well organized and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back again.

Stayed for 2 nights, was very disappointed to have a room for smokers, the smell was horrible.

Lovely time

The staff was amazing at the welcoming, especially Marie. The room service was exceptional, especially Lakidu. Everything was good and clean and worth it.

it was spectacular

I had an amazing sleepover. The bathroom was so big and the hot water was so nice for someone like me who doesn’t shower cold water I also forgot my ID which they called me and told me I would’ve been crying and looking for it I went back next day to take it was very good wish to stay again 😊

First and last stay ever in a Ramada hotel

The hotel is located close to the corniche and slligthly outside of the central buzz. The rooms are spacey and clean but noisy, you can hear everything from the neihgboring rooms and from the corridor. Restaurant: the breakfast choice is great and delicious..

The pool is awkward. The view is great from rooftop but the surface is extremely thin and slippery around the pool, even though the lifeguard continuously cleans it (emphasizing that it's not his fault). There are no sunbeds, only some chairs with tables and beansacks. During my stay, the pool's water was murky - whether from salt, dirt or anything else, I don't know. As a regular traveler to Abu Dhabi and other places in the Middle East, I have never experienced this As for the hotel's staff: most of them are friendly and helpful, in some cases even a bit "too much", constantly asking if there is anything they could help with. Some staff members, however, give the impression that the guests are just a necessary pain for them. Maybe they are just swamped with work but as a hotel guest you want to feel welcomed.

The room was clean. Location of the hotel is good.

1. We booked a room about 2 months in advance subject to “No prepayment needed. Pay at property”. However soon after that, the hotel started to require payment threading with cancellation. 2. The hotel hardly responded to the questions related to my booking via Booking.com 3. The cost of breakfast seemed to us very high. The hotel requested 69 AED per person. It is cheaper to have a lunch at the restaurant.

1-night stay for layover

The price-to-quality ratio was great. We booked two rooms for four people. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The hotel could use some remodeling, as the rooms and facilities feel a bit old and worn. But it was clean overall. Also our view was of the road, and it looked rather empty and deserted. We stayed just 1 night and it was a layover so we didn't explore the area much but from what I've seen there's not much to see in the neighborhood. So I'll pick lievlier area next time maybe city center

Major let down was the front desk staff. They were not polite especially the managers. Their customer service was a let down. Front desk staff wasnt event smiling and welcoming. They look tired and not easy going. Other staffs like housekeeping and pool/spa attendants were the opposite. They were jolly, kind and welcoming especially the filipino bar attendant. But the experience from the front desk was really a let down and kind of set the mood of our stay. Not to mention, that I waited for almost 2 hours just to be checked in to my room because the front desk staff mistakenly gave my room to a different guest. I was tired cause I came from Dubai so I was expecting for a smooth check in. Hoping these things could have been improved especially their customer service cause I wouldnt mind mistakes as long as they were to happy to get along with.

Nothing worth mentioning.

The staff felt very generic. The only thing I remember during check-in was being asked, “May I know your confirmation number?” It made me feel like the host was just trying to wrap up their shift and head home right after checking me in. That’s simply how the process came across to me, no offence to the host, maybe it was just a long day for them. I submitted a request through the Booking.com app asking if they could arrange flowers, but I never received a reply. I was woken up by a loud noise around 4 a.m. and called reception to ask what was happening. They responded, “We’ll send security to your room.” I assumed security would check the situation and update me, but no one showed up or called. After waiting about 15 minutes, I called reception again around 4:15 a.m., but no one answered. The soundproofing was also very poor—2/10 at best. During check-in, I also noticed a piece of mixed nuts on the carpet—housekeeping team, please take note. Breakfast was decent—a basic buffet, nothing more, nothing less. This was my first time staying at Ramada. If I were asked whether I’d recommend it to friends or family, I’d probably suggest they go with Ibis or any other budget hotels instead.

This is my second stay this month at Ramada Corniche Abu Dhabi, and once again it was an amazing experience. Everything around is so accessible and it has a very nice view of the sea. The staffs are very nice and accommodating, specially Ms. Fatima who assist us in the reception.

Comfortable hotel for a good night's sleep!

We only stayed for one night but we had a really good rest. Room size was decent and check in and out was a breeze. We had a good night rest! Reception team Robin, Khawter and Fatima was friendly and helpful. We didn't get the name of the concierge and housekeeping people but we were well taken care of during our stay! Thank you everyone!
