Again we want to appreciate the staff, Ms. Fatima is really polite and Mr. Nadeem is supportive and professional. We are visiting again and again because of these awesome staff.

Nice room
Staff at reception were not polite & ungraceful for a hospitality industry - one elderly person & another younger lady who offered similar cold response, so this seems to be the culture
