Ramada was a great choice. The view was beautiful, and the surroundings were accessible and convenient. I also enjoyed the amenities like the pool, jacuzzi, and gym, which made the stay relaxing and worth it. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable short getaway.

We are from Dubai and decided to spend a short staycation at Ramada Corniche to spend holiday. Overall, our experience started very well. Before arrival, I requested a non-smoking and dust-free room due to personal preference. thank you Housekeeping team for preparing the room exactly as requested. We stayed for 2 nights and were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Our check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were warmly assisted by Roselyn at the reception. We were allocated a room on the 10th floor. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the swimming pool facilities during our stay.

Upon check-out, we met Sandeep, the room attendant who had kept our room tidy and clean. To help speed up the process, I informed him that he could check the room so we would not have to wait in the lobby. Roselyn was again there to assist us with check-out. I even told her that we had a great and lovely stay and would definitely return in the future. However, this positive experience unfortunately ended on a disappointing note. Roselyn asked us to take a seat and wait for approx 5mins while the HK team checked the room. We patiently waited in the lobby, expecting a quick clearance. Unfortunately, 5 minutes turned into 45mins. After waiting for 45mins with no update, I approached Roselyn to ask how much longer it would take. She appeared surprised that I was still waiting and simply apologized, saying that Housekeeping still needed to check the room. Waiting 45mins. for a room inspection is not acceptable, especially when I had already informed the HK beforehand and when the expected waiting time given was only 5 mins. In fact, during that amount of time HK can clean 2 standard room. When I asked about my deposit refund, I was directed to another receptionist, Kaoutar (if I remember her name correctly). Despite hearing that we had already been waiting for long time , I was once again to wait for longer. I then spoke with the Duty Manager and asked what the standard room inspection time should be. I was informed that the normal waiting time is approximately 20 minutes. This made the situation even more disappointing, as our wait was more than double the standard time. It's unfortunate because we truly enjoyed our stay and were ready to leave a perfect review. I hope the hotel improves its check-out process and communication, as everything else good. However, the poor communication and inefficient handling of the check-out process completely changed my final impression.
