Amazing amazing service from check-in to check-out, great pool, room view was topnotch!

Not a lot, dated, poor location, images of beach and pool outdated and misleading, hotel is tired and in need of a refurbishment. Air Con not working dispute telling the receptionist, plug in the bathroom looked like a health hazard and very concerning.

As above. The pool and beach areas are also very grubby.

We liked the private beach joined to the hotel. The club lounge was good. Breakfast great with plenty of choice. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Great attentive and super friendly staff.

The service was exceptional, with Roselle and Sajid exceeding expectations by accommodating our requests and making my daughter’s birthday extra special, and the room service, buffet breakfast and facilities were all excellent.

The overall experience was amazing! The location was amazing ! The staff were very helpful And polite . A special mention about Sakr and beaurice hany who made my stay memorable with their kind hospitality. Also the flavours restaurant exceeded all my expectations – from the warmth of the staff to the incredible food, it was truly exceptional.

Of my 4 night stay, last day of my stay there were some problems with the water supply and AC. Which was finally fixed, but that was the only thing that was problematic

The hotel had everything I needed and was very good value. The staff were all without exception very helpful.

Location is great. Cleanliness of the room and common areas is noticeable. Rich breakfast buffet. Recommended accommodation.

The hotel may be in need for some renovation to be in line with the brand's standards. Yet this doesn't affect its appeal to guests.

The beach was hardly any beach it looked like a pond. We could see outsiders and people ok the road when wee were there and they shut it down at 7 pm. Even the pool shuts down early.

Everything, but most especially the staff! Special mention to Ruben, their sous chef who greeted guests with a big smile and was very accommodating in terms of dishes appropriate for personal diets.

Absolutely nothing!

The first room we received had an issue with the AC, either very loud that you can't sleep, or not functioning at all. The mini bar was almost around room temperature, not cold and not cooling at all. The AC was never fixed despite 3 visits of a technician. The minibar was changed for a better one. Because of the AC problems we were given another room in the same section, which also had very bad AC and we refused to move into it. The third room we were offered was in another section of the hotel, much better, nice view and great AC. So it seems that an entire section of the hotel has very bad AC problems, and the management doesn't bother to fix it. Another very bad thing is the horrible design of the sink in the bathroom - it's located so far from the edge of the marble platform, that you really have to bow down to use the faucet. very poor human engineering. That's not a 5 star experience. In the reception we got a very cold and unfriendly welcome from Abdulla and Sakar that did not know how to smile, and made us feel unwanted. The breakfast was decent with fresh bread, eggs and amazing coffee. Dinner was under expectations and sometimes even terrible, cold food and all meet dishes very dry and chewy. Nevertheless, we want to mention the good service in the dining room, especially mister Kyaw, who was always smiling, helping and made us feel home. The gym is really exceptional, with premium top quality equipment, open 24 hours, and so was the great swimming pool. The housekeeping was excellent, bed sheets and towels where changed daily and the room was super clean. great hotel that has poor management and poor maintenance. could be amazing if the wrong things would be fixed.
