I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Special thanks to Nadia, Alisha, Sattoo, and Kafeel — they were all very friendly, professional, and made me feel truly welcomed. Their hospitality made my trip even better. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. I really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. I would love to come back again!

The room was fine, it's old but it was clean, the check in took long time, the information says pool, but there is no pool, you have to cross the street to another hotel, and you have to pay for it.

There was a face towel in my bathroom left with several yellow stains in my room. When I raised a compliant I was told there was some maintenance activity and the maintenance guys may have used the towel and let there. They made it appears as if it was something minor mistake. Although the service was good I personally will never use this hotel again due to cleaniless negligence.

The quality of the interiors really needs a revamp, the furniture and finishes feel old, and the colors/overall look in my room did not match the photos. My room as well as Towels had a damp, musty smell. The room itself was much smaller than what was advertised and felt cramped, with poor lighting that made it feel even tighter. Parking is also misleading, it’s not really free. The only real positives were the location and the front-desk staff.

Fantastic spot for reasonably priced long term stay. Two supermarkets within 5min walk, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Very convenient for solo business travel, staff are top notch.

Excellent, i will stay here again. Staff were very helpful and hentle. Room was very comfortable. Only the Philippino Bar at the top made us wait for food for 2hrs then food turned very bad even to look at so the manager apologised and refunded us. If only that can be improved the hotel itself and the staff are welcoming and very lovely 😍

The bathroom needs attention it smelt musty the whole 3 days I stayed. You need to wash the shower curtains they stink or replace them with glass panels. We had two bathrooms and one was out of use as it was giving out orange water so we couldn’t use this bathroom. The room smelt of cigarettes and music blasts from the bar till 2/3am. I wouldn’t stay here again. This is not for visitors who live in the west it’s more for south Asian country visitors and the hotel is full of them

All the staff were super friendly, helpful and professional. We booked the hotel last minute so I chose whichever room is available in the website. When we check-in, Alisha upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost. Alisha, you have no idea how this gesture have made our day. After a long day of going back and forth from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, receiving this type of treatment is such a treat. All the staff, Ranshini, Maham and even the valet person always wear their smile and always ready to assist you. I will definitely stay again in this hotel.

It was a nice stay, except when I asked to extend my stay the front desk declined and said it was sold out. I was shopping for another property to stay at and found that it was available just at a higher cost. I would have paid the higher cost but I did not like being lied to about being unavailable.

The bathroom ceiling was leaking. Cleaning is subpar - surface of garbage had seaweed on it and wasnt removed throughout stay. Sound of the AC located at the entrance was so loud, like it was broken so i had to turn it off all my stay. Positive note, room was roomy and comfortable
