Hotel car definitely not recommended

Not far from the airport terminal 2.

The staff had poor English communication skills. I asked for a taxi to Terminal 2 and they didn't seem to understand trying multiple times to send me to terminal 3. Their hotel car was much more expensive than a normal cab and the driver delayed me substantially due to his seemingly incapability to read Google maps. I finally reached the destination after reading the map for him because he missedthe instructions of his GPS three times.

A fairly pleasant stay at the Seven Seas Hotel

The room was spacious and clean with a wonderful rooftop pool and pool bar. The swimming pool is slightly heated, with a hot tub and baby pool that is slightly heated as well.

The breakfast which was included was very limited and not really enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, appreciating its cleanliness and location, but the unkempt parkin

"Good Hotel, Great Location!" This is an absolutely good hotel. The location is great, with good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are comfortable. We appreciated that they provided the connected rooms we requested, although it took some time to open the connecting door, which was a bit inconvenient when traveling with kids. However, they did manage to open it the next day. Overall, a good hotel.

Could Improve Parking! The car parking area was very messy and didn't look clean, likely because old furniture and staff items were stored there due to renovations. This needs to be addressed as it gives a bad impression , otherwise very good hotel. Overall, a positive stay.

Excellent choice to stay in this facility

My family was back in the UAE after a long time for attending an event and we were very pleased with the hotel and the facilities they offered . Staff were very cordial and helpful. Reception and housekeeping were excellent. Food was also good. We were also able to rent a vehicle through the hotel.

However we did use the massage facility and here, though the masseurs were okay , the irritating part was having a group of men outside the facility ( one man was in his undergarments.)They were just hanging around the area and it was very uncomfortable for me as a customer.

The shut-off tap was closed, but it was not operational due to leaking. I called reception, and an engineer came and replaced the shut-off. After the repair, everything was back to normal. WC tissue role was not placed, and towel was short.

One of the worst hotels to stay in.

The only 2 good things about this hotel were the friendly staff and the view at the higher floors. Other than that, nothing is good.

This is probably one of the worst hotels i have ever been to. The first two nights had no hot water, A/C, fridge or trashcan. The breakfast was horrible with a limited selection not fit for even a 2 star hotel. The garage had tons of furniture, appliances and paintings which took up the entire half of the garage. They moved us to a better room after threatening to call the Dubai Consumer Protection authority. The room had hot water and AC but the phone did not work. The room temperature would not go lower than 25 even when the thermostat was set to 3 C. The bathroom was dark. The room service would just tidy up the beds but not clean the room nor the bathroom. The shampoo and soap bottles were not refilled until requesting to do so. Nothing about this hotel is set to the "5 star Dubai hotel" standard. The room key was a physical key and not a card with only 1 key even though our room is supposed to sleep 4 adults. When checking in, we had booked a room with 2 large double beds enough for 4 people. The reception told us the room was not available and that they would give us 1 room with 2 single beds and would bring up an extra single bed. I respectfully declined and asked for the room i booked. After talking for 20 minutes, they finally agreed to give me my booked room. The valet did not do his job correctly because there were around 20 cars in the garage just blocking the entrance, exit and turns. One night prior, i was denied entry to the garage stating that "the garage was full". Then why were the others allowed to park? Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
