Unsatisfactory stay

Friendly staff.

Did not have parking available inside. The shower didn't have a shower door. The towels were clean but very used and old. Very noisy with children shouting and running around in the corridor. Pillows were very uncomfortable. No charging ports near the beds. Bed lights don't have switches near the bed - you have to get out of bed to switch it off.

Good facilities with refreshing bathroom water.

There was welcoming treat that no other hotel have. Secondly, the water in the shower is cool and refreshing unlike other hotels that can't bear the hot boiling water.

The restaurant, they have few menu options. And when we ordered something else we wanted which was not in menu, the waiter said it's costly. I don't know if he was concerned or looking down at us if can pay.

*Reception staff was rude specifically Shubhen. *My toilet was dirty and I cleaned it myself. *Room service was slow and not friendly *Iron stand was almost broken *Walk to beach isn’t that close as advertised on the website and its through a very busy high speed road, so need to be cautious if you are with kids as you have to cross the road

Lovely find in the middle of Sharjah

Attentive staff, welcome drinks, spacious room and bed, affordable room service food. This place exceeded my expectation. Upon arrival, I was offered a drink which was good and front desk checked me in without any delay. Note that there is 100 security deposit which will be returned upon check out. Unfortunately, I didn’t take photos but the room is spacious and the one I got during my stay had big windows where diffused natural light came through. The bed is big and comfortable and I slept very well. The room service is very budget friendly without sacrificing the taste. I had the chicken biryani and greek salad which was good and the fry up breakfast didn’t disappoint as well.

They overcharged me for les stay days, but staff was nice and friendly.

Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good and service was good too. Liked the parking garage and 24 hours security.

The bad part of the stay was no carpets in the rooms, no shower robes, slippers etc. Also, I had bad bug bites of the last night of my stay on my back, buttocks and breast. Also, ridiculous policy of the changing the dates of the stay. I had to stay one night less because of my flight changes, and for one night of staying less they charged me $90 extra. Make zero sense!
