Nothing. Absolutely awful place and staff.

I can not express how disappointing this stay was. Everything from the staff, food, location, no aircon, , facilities, and cleanliness. It is absolutely not as advertised in the description. Just check the other reviews! I am disgusted by how appalling this hotel was, and do not recommend it.

Full of Russians reserving the sun lounges with their towels as soon as the pool and beachfront opened and then disappearing for breakfast etc so others did not get a chance to use the beachfront. Relatively expensive hotel.

Overall very silent place to stay with family also walking distance to Layya Canal.

Room - Excellent Beach - So nice (Clean & safe, even for kids ) Breakfast- Suggestion to add more items especially with Indian food. Staff - So co-operative Especially Front desk staff Mr. Tanveer.

we had meal from outside i try to contact room service they didn't pick up, soo i call to reception to ask that can i get some cutlery if you have room service receptionist said he will send someone , we are waiting for 30 Minutes no more expectation we did not get any cutlery this is not acceptable 😑

the main and outstanding point of the hotel was the stuff which were excellent, the beach and food was good and clean.

the main problem around the hotel was the construction of the road which made it difficult easy access to hotel I believe that people who are living in the facility definitely need some small shop for ordinary item to buy, and i haven't found anything around

It was the first and last time I would ever visit this resort, It was a huge mistake booking it.

Literally liked nothing and as I got to the hotel I realized what a huge mistake I had made by booking it.

I didn't like the service, the staff weren't friendly at all, the accessibility, feasibility, restaurant, food, pool area, ambiance, the very dull and dead lobby area, the spa & sauna area felt like it was closed for years, and this was the first hotel where the guest staying at the hotel were charged to use the Sauna, the beach bar being closed, the restaurant being closed, no proper staff to attend to you, when you dial the front desk as they are the only ones available in the hotel who might attend your call, but they don't quiet answer the phone as well and you have to literally walk down to the staff and place your request.
