Amazing Staff

Amazing, friendly, helpful staff. Huge room with huge bed. Huge bathroom too. Fresh bottled water every day FOC. Beautiful staircase and general decor, very grand. Pool is covered and freezing 🥶 Beach is lovely and plenty of sunbeds. Toilets and showers at beach and small cafe open sometimes. Nice pier walk nearby to see sunset.

Road noise was really bad till quite late. Request a room on the beach side. Limited food selection at dinner buffet and not much labelling. Dinner is only 6-8pm which means you miss it if you return late after an excursion, but they will make you up a dinner box if you ask nicely. Breakfast is slightly better. Quite a distance from Dubai but HoHo bus stops outside, which will drop you near the station to get to Dubai, or a taxi is about 65AED. Limited TV channels.

Gorgeous view, accessible, friendly and clean.

Gorgeous view and interesting place. Mostly focused on Russian clients, nice big rooms.

Breakfast was sub par and rather bland honestly for my taste, but the hall was full and people were eating. The beach closes so early and the beds/pillows are too firm for my taste but overall it’s been a good stay.

AWFUL HOTEL

Nothing. Absolutely awful place and staff.

I can not express how disappointing this stay was. Everything from the staff, food, location, no aircon, , facilities, and cleanliness. It is absolutely not as advertised in the description. Just check the other reviews! I am disgusted by how appalling this hotel was, and do not recommend it.

Full of Russians reserving the sun lounges with their towels as soon as the pool and beachfront opened and then disappearing for breakfast etc so others did not get a chance to use the beachfront. Relatively expensive hotel.

Overall very silent place to stay with family also walking distance to Layya Canal.

Room - Excellent Beach - So nice (Clean & safe, even for kids ) Breakfast- Suggestion to add more items especially with Indian food. Staff - So co-operative Especially Front desk staff Mr. Tanveer.

beach soo neat and clean superb and the receptionist to all staff security was very helpful i do request for early check in cause of our flight and long journey they was great in arranging for us thank you all

we had meal from outside i try to contact room service they didn't pick up, soo i call to reception to ask that can i get some cutlery if you have room service receptionist said he will send someone , we are waiting for 30 Minutes no more expectation we did not get any cutlery this is not acceptable 😑

my stay was calm and good and the stuffs are exellent

the main and outstanding point of the hotel was the stuff which were excellent, the beach and food was good and clean.

the main problem around the hotel was the construction of the road which made it difficult easy access to hotel I believe that people who are living in the facility definitely need some small shop for ordinary item to buy, and i haven't found anything around

Only the direct beach access. The hotel inside has really nice paintings.
