I think this hotel name should be changed into a Boarding school they have a timelimit for every thing. Everything has rules children of the age 3 are also changed this is the first hotel i had such a bad experience in UAE. Can rate it one of the worst hotel in UAE. lower than the standards. smelly rooms, smelly fridge,. Will not visit this hotel again even for free

Book at your own responsibility

We arranged a family wedding at the hotel, the rooms were super cold no ac control, the staff entered my room without knocking while i was in the room with my family no manners, no discipline and when escalated the floor supervisor disappeared. At the wedding, the supervisor kept arguing the cake was finished where the cake was kept in the kitchen, and when we got the manager invovled, the hotel manager brought it back to the floor and apologised.

Like a prison. Zero adjustments can be made to existing rules to accommodate customers needs. Zero hospitality and personal touch. People from other hotels are coming to share the beach which was supposed to be private.

Two Single Beds were attached together instead of one full large bed and the Warm sheet was very small to cover two persons.

staff were arrogant, when we ask for dental kit they said it cost 10 per kit which should be complimentary, they they said they don’t provide them. then they change to they don’t have stock.
