I especially thank Mr Hamza and Mr. Sohail and Anrodha, and Mr. Julius, For providing all the guest's and Especially me with all possible comforts, therefore, under the guidance of Mrs. Samia, for the quick response and speed of completing the check-in process and overcoming all difficulties. They have many thanks and gratitude.

This is the best Hotel I‘ve ever been to. In Sharjah that literally makes sure that their guests are given the privacy that they require. The hotel has a very nice , quiet and relaxed vibe - something that brings an instant joy to the heart. A big thank you to the amazing staff at the front desk, for being absolutely fabulous..

Highly recommended specially the service from the staff

I would like to compliment the filipina lady and arabic manager in the reception of how they handled the guest with a smile on their faces during busy days. They will make you feel that you will have a comfort stay in the hotel and upon entering the room they will gave you a courtesy call about our room and if we need something. I would definitely recommend this hotel with my friends and family.

So much overpriced for the facilities

Location is great

Dirty and torned bedsheets,curtains are full of stains and sticky,walls are cracked , floor smells like cigarettes ,even though it was an upgrade for better room ,but didn’t exceed expectations. View was good . Gym is also dirty and all equipment sticky , no water provided and towels .
