Nothing Worst experience of my life

This hotel was absolutely filthy and had a strong unpleasant smell throughout. I had to request that my room be cleaned before my first night, which is unacceptable. The television didn’t work, the room was dark and dingy, and the carpets were sticky and covered in dust. The bed linens clearly needed to be changed. The worst part was the noise. I couldn’t sleep at 2 a.m. and when I called the front desk, they attempted to move me, but every room they showed me was either dirty or just as noisy. I checked out the very next day. The gym equipment was old, outdated, and not suitable to even be called a gym. The sauna was tiny, about the size of a telephone booth. Around the pool area on the mezzanine floor, there were several strip bars and function rooms, which made the environment feel even more inappropriate. The spa was shocking, with beds on the floor and a setup that looked completely unprofessional and nothing like the photos advertised. Overall, this hotel was disgusting, misleading, and should be removed from Booking.com. On top of all this, the managers were rude and completely unhelpful. They spoke in their own language in front of me and made me feel intimidated and dismissed, which left me in tears. It ruined my entire day and caused me to lose a full day of my stay, every plan I had was disrupted or cancelled because of the stress and poor treatment, they refused to pay me back.

Was the worst stay ever , and I was only there for 3 hours during a connecting flight !

Nothing !!!!! This hotel should be 0 star I can not even start to say how bad it was , it’s dated , smells sewage and dirt! Stained , broken furniture, old iron , broken ironing board, worry’s quality tv fuzzy , bird dropping in balcony, the worst dump view ever. The swimming pool is poor… stay away

I didn’t like anything about property , the staff spoke in their language like it was home, the receptionist held me hostage will she checked the room it was a disgusting experience! They didn’t understand me I didn’t understand them ! It was something out of a Bollywood old movie 😡😡😡😡

staff is unprofessional. pls its request for visiotrs not to go any outlets like pub if you are caryying debit/credit card since there pos machine is having unsecured gateway and even though if u hav moneybin your card it will be declined & idiot staff dont understand that. night floor manager was invisible. arrived at scence after one hour. i stayed 15 days due to my work in nearby area. indians stay away from pub. i had vry vry bad experience. only daytime staff is gud especially a guy on reception named Rajendran & one lady next to him. night staff should be fired immediately.

Coz customers are charged to enter in a hotel’s property. At ground gloor Indian pub they asked us 60 AED per person to enter. If it is like this its ot jotel. Its lodge/Furnished Rooms. Hotel is a not right word.
