Perfect place to stay in Dubai.

An excellent property in a perfect location, close to all major sightseeing spots and shopping venues. The nearby metro made travel easy and convenient, truly enhancing our Dubai experience 😊. The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and caring. Overall, it was a great stay for me and my family.

No have any nightlight, The service of checking is so bad, and if you apply the room through booking, they won’t care you. And won’t issue any invoice to you, even you already ask the invoice through booking. So after this comments, I will delete the booking app also.

Value for money but not for everyone

The room.waa huge and very good to recover after a long flight. I enjoyed the luxury of this! Extra touches like waters, coffees etc always appreciated. Late checkout at noon was a bonus. Reception staff also very friendly and helpful. Close to many good shops was great too!

The shuttle bus took ages to arrive and we only recieved the schedule after we checked in which was not great because in hindsight we missed the previous bus by a few mins and would have planned better if we knew. Also not that close to the airport so a little misleading and again we may have chosen somewhere different coming in late and exhausted

Great option close to airport.

Excellent option for when you land from airport. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Bedroom was nice size and clean. Breakfast had a good variety every morning. Location was great for seeing sights around Dubai Creek and avoiding traffic. The hotel is very close to a metro stop. I also used the free hotel shuttle bus that runs once a day to Deira city centre mall which is also beside a metro stop so I could further explore.

The location and the 11th floor room. Wi-fi connectivity is good for my work. They provided me a three pin socket for charging as i forgot mine in India. SO kind of them

Excellent Stay

I’m a frequent visitor to Dubai, and Hampton by Hilton Dubai Airport is always my first choice. The service is consistently excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch. What makes the biggest difference is the friendly and helpful staff — they are always welcoming and go out of their way to assist. It truly feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays!

The staff on the phone was unprofessional when called to inquire about the shuttle timings, the room service staff failed to keep towels in the bathroom after room service on one of the days, maybe a genuine mistake but quickly provided them when notified.

Room and the cleanliness of the hotel is really good. the location also is easy access to all the main attraction s of Dubai. The important one to say is all the front desk staffs of all the work times (Moring to Night ) are very supportive and kind with all the guests.

Great stopover

Exceeded our expectations. Was much bigger than expected. Was exceptionally clean, and rooms were big and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Was very quiet considering proximity to the airport. Breakfast was plentiful with different choices and set you up for the day. The location was great for a quick, 1 night stopover.

Location is awesome. Close to airport, walkable distance from Metro station, Metro bus stop just at the hotel entrance with many restaurants and supermarkets around. You can't ask for more

Breakfast- a fair amount of variety on this occasion. Bed- very clean and comfortable. Room- was generally very clean Customer Service- was very good by the staff assumptah and the guy (sorry I forget the name) With the exception of the manager on one of the days was extremely rude. Everything else was great!

A lovely stay overall with a nice complimentary breakfast. However, check-in was delayed — we were supposed to check in at 3 but only got in around 4:30, which affected our plans. Apart from that, everything else was great.
