This hotel is on great location. Nearby amenities and restaurants are good. It was clean and quiet . Breakfast had so many varieties and it was delicious. Their breakfast timings are great. Hotel staff was wonderful. They even packed up some food because we would have missed our breakfast due to our flight timings . Overall we had wonderful stay . Thank you Hampton Inn and staff .

This three star hotel is definitely over-priced. My room was quiet and clean, staff were polite and helpful. But the breakfast hall was a depressing experience. It felt like a prison mess hall! tables were often dirty. Also the constant loud "disco" or "techno" music playing 24-7 in the G-floor and even starting at 6:30 AM during breakfast was nerve wracking and frankly stupid. I will not be staying at this joint next time I visit Dubai.

Room House keeping not to my expectations. Coffee cups were not changed daily, the same was cleaned with coffee strains inside & kept for reuse. Bath towels were not replaced after use.

Lobby was nice, staff were nice, breakfast basic, rooms smelly and blankets damp. Asked to get room changed and had to wait 1 hour. Called and followed up twice and only then rooms were changed. For a "Hamptons" hotel, this was a mere 2 star experience.

Located very near the airport & close to the city activities which is convenient. The bar attached to the hotel was very enjoyable - the staff & management in the bar were all very nice & friendly. The pricing is also very good versus eating out of the hotel. Beers are very well priced. Overall the hotel was good but the breakfast variety needs more options for westerners - catered too much for Asian clientele despite a lot of western clientele. Option of fried eggs would be nice. If I return to Dubai I would stay there again.

The hotel looked nothing like the pictures. My room looked nothing like the one l chose. When l complained l was told the room l was in was larger than most. Airport shuttle was hard to find from directions given. Bathroom outdated and tub so deep it was difficult to climb in. One day there was no hot water until late afternoon and staff did not advise there was a problem until l called to complain. House keeping was great, very attentive.
