Lovely stay for 3 star

The staff were exceptional - the young man in the morning and Kiran in the evening - well done team! Bedding and carpet were crisp white and vacuumed. We enjoyed the sports bar - a lovely experience to watch sport and drink ice cold beer.

I would like to suggest that the bathrooms be cleaned more thoroughly. The scum at the bottom of the shower glass could easily be removed with the right cleaning products (soap, bicarbonate, lemon, etc.), and an old toothbrush would help reach the corners. I also noticed that some touch surfaces still had fingerprints from previous guests, such as the mirror’s touch button and door handles. The towels could perhaps be upgraded, though I understand this is a 3‑star property, so I’ll simply bring my own next time. Despite these points, I will certainly stay here again as it is conveniently located near my daughter’s accommodation, and the staff were very accommodating in helping us spend time together. One aspect I did not enjoy was the referral to Paul, who operates as a tourism/taxi driver and realty agent. His business approach felt uncomfortable: card payments were not accepted, and I was asked to cover his fuel costs instead of a standard travel fee (which I needed a tax slip for). He arrived in a luxury car and insisted we pay more than Careem would charge for an average transport taxi, even though we weren’t interested in a luxury vehicle. Additionally, he tried to sell property and various tourism services, which felt excessive.

Night Front Desk staff were very helpful. They were very accommodating with our requests. That's something we will remember.

Need to work on the cleanliness as I discovered cockroaches in the toilet along with rusty taps

There were cockroaches in the toilet, the service lift which goes to the basement car park was horrible, basement car park stinks. Some part of the toilet sink and shower taps had rust on them. The corridors were noisy and the lifts can be accessed by anyone as there is no need to scan your key card which makes it unsafe.

We enjoyed staying there but l think they do not want too much noise in the bar coz my partner was enjoying playing billiard and some guards always came to him to remind, maybe they think he was drunk na haha.
