I will never repeat this experience as it was such a waste of money.

The location was not where I thought I was reserving ie a long way from my gate. There was no toilet. It was noisy. I left early as it was so disappointing.

Convenient, quiet, and I did sleep!

Does what it says on the tin - a conveniently located sleep pod in which to pass 4-5 hours, reclined, without bright lights, inbetween night flights. The 'concierge' was friendly and helpful, quickly and quietly directing me to my pod. It was good too to see that customers respected the 'quiet please' requirements of the sleep pod area.

Noting actually wrong with it, but it is expensive for what it is (£100 per slot).

Useful but not luxurious!

Being able to lie down in the DBX sleep pod for a few hours made my long trip between UK and New Zealand more bearable.

It was difficult to locate! Poorly signposted - ‘Concourse A’ is vast! More specific directions would have saved me 30 minutes of going in circles! There are no toilet facilities at the sleep pod itself - nearest loo is on the public concourse.

The stay was convenient but expensive with very restrictive time frames

We liked the convenience of being able to rest in the airport without having to collect our bags.

There was a family next to us and they very noisy - they made no effort to be quiet and staff seemed unaware. I was going to ask them to be quiet but saw that they were leaving - thank goodness. The cost on our way back from Europe was ridiculously high - AUD $394 - which is is the cost of a really good hotel - not a sleep pod - but we paid for the convenience, this time. We have calculated that it will be cheaper to go to a hotel for 2 nights rather than stay in a sleep pod at Dubai Airport.

Conveniently located in Terminal 3. The pods offer the ability to sleep on long layovers. I tried sleeping on an airport lounge chair but it was too uncomfortable. It’s air conditioned and quiet. I managed to find a last minute deal through booking.com for 1pm- 11pm which was great.

There are no toilets located in the space and you have to go out and use the airport toilets.

The PERFECT place to crash and sleep in transit! It was a life-saver for our family!

The quiet environment within the airport, the very friendly staff, the lovely clean and cozy little room! It was the PERFECT place for our tour and the best decision to not just find a seat in the airport to try and sleep.

It would be the PERFECT stay if there were a toilet and shower for the Lounge guests to use within the lounge itself. We knew it did not have the facilities but to add this would be a super bonus as there is nowhere to shower really in the airport.

Budget and basic rest spot for transit

Being able to lie down in a dark place as I had a 10 hour layover in Dubai. Also it was just metres from the departure gates so no stress the next morning. The staff were helpful and I felt safe.

I had read through the amenities list and had wrongly gotten the impression there would be shower and toilet facilities. There were no wash facilities or toilet, not even anywhere private to change clothes or wash hands. Also would be helpful to have complimentary water, tea and coffee. I also found the pods noisy to get in and out of and even with ear plugs I could hear the otherr patrons including snoring.

It was peaceful and in a private location, so you could sleep without worrying about your bag or carry-on being stolen. The free Wi-Fi was also excellent.

It would have been much more convenient if there was a toilet in the room—having to gather all your belongings just to use a public restroom and then return was frustrating. Also, the staff wasn’t very helpful. When I asked for assistance in checking my gate, I was surprised when she simply told me to look at the information board instead of helping.

Pods are not sound proof, which means every time someone enters or exists a pod I am disturbed in my sleep. The size of the pod is not comfortable, even for a slender and small person like myself. I had trouble sleeping because it’s not a proper bed, it’s a recliner. The gals in the recliner gave me soreness when I woke up. I expected a flat bed.

You do not need to go out of the airport, just sleep and fly :-) It's great that you can book a pod for a couple of hours only, very convenient for a stop-over. It was not very easy to be found: it looks like a shop for teddy-bears from outside. The receptionist and her helper were very friendly!

The double-beds were rather 1,5 person-beds. The bed sheet was more for one person. We were one adult and one child and it was ok, but two adults would not be able to fit. The pod was quite cold and we could not regulate the temperature. You could hear a lot, but they provide you with ear plugs. The other downside is that you have to use the common toilets of the airport. I don't know why, but we were expecting a sleep'n'fly bathroom where you could even shower. Overall a bit expensive for a box with a bed but we def. slept better then on the chairs on the gate!
