Very convenient and we had a restful night . Pauline and Ryan at the front desk were very nice .
Pricing could have been a little better .

Once I found it, the reception was pleasant, checked me in with ease and showed me to my room. It was exactly what I was hoping for.
It was difficult for me to locate given that I’d never had to navigate Dubai airport for the property. Airport staff did not seem to know where the property was.

The staff was friendly and flexible to reinstate my otherwise faulty reservation to fit our needs.
I wished international wall power outlet in the cabin.
6 / 10Average·Oct 2026
It was okay as I had 23h layover in Dubai. Therefore 10hour sleep rest was needed and convenient for me.
NO SHOWER SERVICE THERE NEITHER AT CONCOURSE A SIDE Atleast to have coffee machine and water services in there.
