A good reliable, facility as always but staff indifferent

The availability of facilities like this in the airport terminal.

Staff seemed surprised to see me even though I had sent 2 messages that I would be late (flight delay). I was still within the booked time period. Initially I was given a room that could not lock, even though other rooms available. Staff when asked fixed the door lock. But all of this ate into the time available for sleep. Staff seemed indifferent about this.

Overpriced but convenient

It is conveniently located within the airport though it was hard to find and airport staff in general were very unhelpful. Once located, the staff of Sleepover was absolutely lovely!

There is no easily accessed toilet and no shower facilities. Though there was no general airport noises, there were very unsettled kids in nearby pods making it difficult to get any rest - even with earplugs. It is extremely overpriced for what you get!

Overall ok - prices are higher in my view as only 1 upper bed was occupied and down bed was empty.

Staff at duty was helpful - However, it would have been better to have some seat to sit and wait rather then standing and waiting and then being told to come after 1 hour

When I reached, the first response I got was: We don't have confirmation yet - you need to wait. Then the person called some one and tole me: Its not available now. You need to wait ! After waiting some time, then he said he got confirmation.

It was close to departure gates

Extremely small, thought it was going to be similar to the Schipol short stay rooms but it was basically a tiny room with reclining chair and blanket. No bathroom or wash facility in the room, had to into Airport area.

Decent option for long connections

Very good for a short nap between flights. It's quiet enough that I didn't need to use the provided earplugs. Combortable bed and clean linens. Quick but attentive service. Good ventillation and comfortable temperature (not adjustable).

The place is somewhat hard to find, it is hiding near the gate C14 and needs a better sign. No room keys (only locks form inside). No restrooms on site, but airport ones are 10 meters from the entrance. Booking times are not very flexible.

Quiet and comfortable capsule to sleep into the airport's terminal.

A bit expensive, but it's very easy for staying inside the terminal 3, near the gates. It's very silent and you can sleep well. Sono stati anche molto gentili e mi hanno fatto entrare più di un'ora prima.

If you need to sleep a few hours and dont want to exit the terminal, it works just fine

Was big enough for the few hours spent there, plug available to recharge phone, not that noisy, i expected way worst.

Not that simple to find. The checkin is obvious but I thought it was a souvernir or travel pillow store. The once you're checked in you need to go one floor below but there is no proper sign, i had to ask twice and it was by the toilet and didnt expect to search that way.

The spaces are so small, when booking i thought it was a room, that was a cubical and it felt claustrophobic, maybe just add to say its a cubical on the advert, the bed was ok, but no toilets in the facility so had to walk out, so had to get dressed and go to the toilet everytime I needed to use the bathroom. I also had to pay for the shower which was on another floor and had to move with my bags

The bed was comfortable and the location was quiet.

You charge a lot of money for this accommodation yet there are no toilet or shower facilities. You expect customers to use the terminal facilities. The room was just big enough to have a double bed but that left very little room to move around.
