All was good, i have put in reviews for both cleaners who had kept room 288 clean.

I had arrived earlier then my check in time, I had to wait for almost 2 hours before I could check in. This was a source of discomfort. Agree that your hotel protocols required me to pay an extra day's amount for early check in but would suggest waving this off for frequent visitors, who have specially paid in advance for the stay. I had to pay an extra amount of 150 AED for my early check in. This was my third visit to your hotel, and I was expecting some courtesy where I could have been let go for this.

Good for vacation and business trip.

Nice location to the beach and the walk way along the seaside. Very quiet in the night. The location is not crowded and easy to reach. The service of reception is perfect and helpful and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is also very good.

It was clean and the rooms are big.

The hotel itself is great and the location is excellent you can even see Terminal 3 from the window. However, the water policy was genuinely bizarre and ruined part of the experience. Guests are limited to two bottles of water per day. When you ask for water, staff actually ask, “Did you receive your share today?” … something I’ve never experienced before, especially not in Dubai. When I said I hadn’t received mine, someone was sent to the room with two bottles and a checklist to mark that my “daily water quota” was delivered. If this policy is strictly enforced, then the room should be stocked in advance based on the length of stay. Instead, on days when the room wasn’t cleaned, no one even checked whether water was available. On one occasion, I asked for water from the previous day 🙃 and was given only one bottle because there was already another sealed bottle in the room. That made it clear that the room is never allowed to have more than two bottles at any time 🥲 regardless of need. Overall, it’s a very nice hotel in a great location, but the water policy felt unnecessarily restrictive and left a surprisingly negative impression.

Pleasant stay close to airport well connected.

The airport shuttle is punctual and fast once you are in it. The check in is quite fast and efficient (unless you are the last to deboard a packed shuttle bus). Rooms are decent in size and with all required amenities. Though Terminal 3 is visible across the highway it is not accessible by walk so the shuttle bus (or taxi if you prefer) is required. Area is peaceful, residential with some hotels, a supermarket, restaurants etc. nearby. Emirates metro station a 10-minute walk.

There is no signage at the pick up spot at either terminal 1 or 3 that says "Premier Inn Shuttle Bus" so you keep wondering whether you are waiting in the right place, asking other bus drivers, and people around, who of course all tell you something different. Follow your gut instinct and be patient, if there's no bus in 30 minutes you are at the wrong spot!

Good for a layover

Close to the airport. Clean and comfortable for a layover. Luckily we had a view of the dubai skyline.

Slightly confusing when trying to find the hotel shuttle as there are lots of different bus stops and it isn't clear which one the hotel shuttle stops at which can be stressful after a long flight.

Baby-friendly and comfortable

Staff were very helpful especially with my daughter. The travel cot was nice and clean and in good condition. The room was neat and tidy. Was very impressed with the selection at the breakfast buffet and restaurant staff helped look after myself and my daughter (11 months old). Overall very happy.

The room allocated to me only had a shower not a bath which is preferable for bathing my baby. Not sure if I had to specify that in the booking but will do so next time if that's the case.

Very convenient and practical as an airport hotel.

The room was spotless and very well maintained. The mattress was firm and comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. It was convenient to have a breakfast area, a restaurant for dinner, and a café all within the hotel. The free airport shuttle was smooth and reliable, making it very practical as an airport hotel.

We arrived late at night for a two-night stay. Shortly after checking in, we noticed a strong sewage-like smell coming from the bathroom. Since our stay was short, we initially hoped it might fade over time and decided to use the room as it was. However, after taking a shower, the water did not drain properly, and the smell became even stronger. We reported the issue to the staff, and despite the late hour, they responded quickly. They came immediately with air freshener spray and even arranged for a maintenance person. Their attitude was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated their effort. That said, once it became clear that the issue could not be fixed during the night, it would have been more considerate if the hotel had offered a room change or some kind of alternative. We had an early departure the next morning, so we stayed in the same room, but it was a bit disappointing that no alternative was suggested.

A great hotel with the shuttle bus to T3

The hotel is really well located very close to Terminal 3. The room we had looked like recently renovated. It featured a big comfortable bed; a bathroom with very good water pressure and well functioning air conditioning. The hotel also has a rooftop pool with great views over Dubai. The restaurant serves reasonably good food. The airport transfer is also super convenient. In early morning hours (5:30) it took us 7 minutes to terminal 3.

Not sure what options you’d have if the shuttle bus was full. Probably a taxi. Not a problem for us but be early for the shuttle bus.

Perfect for a stay close to the airport at good value.

Excellent stay close to the airport before an early morning flight. The shuttle to the terminal was ideal as opposed to needing a taxi. Beds were really comfortable and the place was really clean. Stayed 2 adults and 1 child and there was more than enough space for us in the room.

This was good for a brief overnight stay in between flights. Our room was very clean, well set-up and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Location was good near the airport.

Shuttle bus to pick us up took a lot longer to arrive than we had been advised, but this was probably due to awful traffic problems around the airport at the time. It was quick and efficient in the morning.

Pleasant stay

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The updated interior décor throughout the rooms and the property gave everything a fresh, welcoming feel. The rooms are minimal but thoughtfully designed, making them perfect for a short stay. Omprakash did an excellent job keeping my room spotless, which I truly appreciated. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

It's just a bit far from the center and traffic is horrible. Metro is also a little far to walk.

Perfect for a Short layover

Close to the Airport and an Airport Shuttle which makes it very easy to also Travel to the City from the Airport Metro Station. The Hotel has downstairs a 24/7 coffee Shop, a rooftop Pool and rooms were spacious and clean. Also 3 bottles of Water were provided every day.

Windows are really thin and let Noise through. Definitely would recommend ear plugs.

Other than the staff cracking my suitcase my stay was great!

They cracked my suitcase. I inspect my suitcase every time I get my luggage from the airport and nothing was wrong. When staff unloaded my luggage for my to head to the airport my luggage was cracked.

Great location for a short stop over

Very helpful to have the airport shuttle, and despite the huge size of Dubai airport, it was easy to find the shuttle (even at midnight). Bed was comfortable and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Short stay close to DXB

This hotel is ideal if you need to do a night close to the Dubai airport, has a free shuttle to and from the airport. Room is spacious, clean, with a super comfy bed and a great bathroom with some amenities. You also have complementary water and coffee in the room which is perfect if you dont want to leave the room. Good breakfast for a good price and a 24/7 open Coffee Costa in the hotel if you want to eat something when arriving or leaving at random hours. Personnel is very nice and efficient, both at the reception and at the Costa Coffee.

Check in and out could be faster,. There tends to be a queue.

A great hotel close to the airport.reasonably priced

The Premier Inn was a fabulous place for an overnight stay between flights. We were picked up by a shuttle bus at the airport at 1:00am and they also provided a free shuttle during the day to a shopping centre. Our room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The housekeeping staff were so accommodating and helpful. Soc made sure we were well looked after and the staff at reception were also very helpful.
