Disappointing stay in a large apartment that had few amenities and lots of maintenance issues.

Very large apartment with lots of space - 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Breakfast room was very nice and the breakfast itself was very good.

Very little in the way of amenities in the apartment, e.g. cutlery, tea & coffee etc. We had significant problems with the hot water system. 2 showers had broken shower heads. It was a long walk to our room. Beds are very hard - fine for me but others will have issues.

Very bad experience I would never advise anyone to stay in this hotel

Location was good and very closed to our office so we book for our guest.

⸻ The guest was dissatisfied with the property, as she is a lady and expressed that she did not feel safe, especially since most of the hotel guests were men. Additionally, she found the bed sheets to be extremely dirty and had to lay her own towels on the bed to be able to sleep. As a result, she decided to check out the next day, having stayed only one night. We picked her up from the hotel at 1:00 PM after her check-out, and I spoke with the receptionist to request a refund for the remaining two nights. He confirmed that she stayed just one night but asked me to contact Booking.com for the refund. However, when Booking.com contacted the property, the hotel claimed she stayed for two nights, which is completely untrue. Despite my explanation, the supervisor insisted it was two nights. Mr. Hossam from Booking.com then suggested that I visit the hotel in person to resolve the issue, but I declined as I did not want to waste more of my time. I assured him, however, that I would mention this experience in my review.

Lack of action from hotel staff in the reception. I called to let them know that the bathtub drain is broken if they could fix it. My nephews were unable to use the bathtub because of the broken bath drain.

The Definition of Quality

I keep coming back because the service is excellent! Today I'm raving about the housekeeper Nippon, Nippon so well trained. The way he makes a bed is art. He has mastered it, making it so inviting. Always noticing defects and the color, always choosing the brightest linen. Nippon always deep cleans, his attention to detail is undeniable. He is one of the best members of the housekeeping staff. I had a huge problem recently, Khaled to the rescue, he always makes the client feel secure and comfortable. It's an Amazing quality. Thank you Mr. Khaled. Thank you as well to Mr. Mott hope I spelled that right. You know a employee has touched you when you have excellent recall, and you have never met. I'm a fan of consistency. Mott is super professional and has a great speaking voice. He takes in consideration a person of Determination has exstinuating circumstances.

The quality provided by these three individuals, really makes a huge difference When one is paralyzed, it's like being trapped in a burning building 24 hours. The Staff at Studio M understands this, they do everything in their power to make it as comfortable as possible.

An wonderful week in a very nice property which got a little ruined by one staff member

Everything was great! We really enjoyed the stay. However. The night managers attitude was unbearable. But otherwise it was great. Would come back again!

The night manager was very rude, had booked this place for my elderly parents who landed late at night. Although we chose a non smoking room we were forced to stay in a smoking room in a smoking floor. What we dint appreciate the most is the night managers lecture trying to convince us that smoking and non smoking rooms are preferences and are subject to availability. So basically he was telling me if they don’t have any non smoking rooms available, we would have to stay in a smoking room. Period. For an elderly couple who has never smoked before the smell is unbearable and surely poses a health risk. NO ONE SHOULD BE FORCED TO STAY IN A SMOKING ROOM if they dint want to. This is 2025 but this night manager seems to be living in the 80’s as if he has no regard to public health and safety. That being said we were moved to another room the next day thanks to the kind staff in the reception both at night and day.

The ventilation inside the apartment is not good, no windows can be opened for example or the ventilation in the path rooms are weak. The location was far from most events, even though it is near the metro station, but the metro is usually crowded and you have to walk for long distances. In addition using taxes is ao pricy in Dubai. It will be Ok if you rent a car. Finally, our apartment had no carpet in the living room, and that makes the apartment so cold. I asked the front desk that we need a carpet, they say you have to change the apartment, while there are some apartments have carpets, but that was the solution for them. I believe the apartment needs some carpets to be more comfortable.

Overall Nice experince.

Overall very nice experience and a warm welcoming staff specially Himalcha. Rooms are just a decent size and the breakfast menu is basic. Very close to Metro and the location would suit many coming for business trips. Free drop to DXB Airport and Mamzar Beach!
