The room was way too small and the bed which fded down from a chair had ridges which I could feel on my back when trying to sleep.

Room at the side or the bed and no ridges felt on my back also more bedding. If your nit sleeping in your clothes and you have nighwear; No room to change Freezing cold

Just wished I could book from 12 to 8am. rather than 11pm. to 7am. as flight into Dubai only allows booking in at 1am. Flight out being 10am. The extra hour of sleep would be great.

Pricy and bit of a lottery on what you get for not a lot of comfort.

Location is obviously the main benefit and getting some privacy to sleep for a few hours.

I appreciate this place is just a place to put your head down. But I paid £110 which is getting on for hotel money. I felt the place was messy - stuff sitting in corridors. Pod was basic which was what I expected let down - lights kept coming on and off. Air conditioning barely worked so felt warm and a little uncomfortable. The seat itself wasn’t very comfy and you get a tiny pillow and blanket - again for the money, pretty underwhelming and I found it hard to get comfortable. Tried to get a Pepsi at one point but it was just flat syrup it poured. All minor things but they added up.

It was in the transit area of the airport so conveniently close to the next flight

The single pod bed was extremely uncomfortable. It stretched out from an armchair to flat but had a big gap which just hit you in the hip area. Had to add towel and scarf to fill this whole and make the bed even. It was also very hard to sleep on. Could have done with a top mattress. The pillow was also like a brick. Showers were not included but you had to pay an extra US$22. Felt a rip off considering how much the pod bed was for 8 hrs.

A clean and convenient option for a quick rest during a layover — simple but does the job.

The cabins were clean and offered just enough privacy for a short rest during a long layover. The shower facilities were great and refreshing. Compared to other very expensive options in Dubai Airport, Sleep ‘n Fly was a decent deal and served its purpose well.

Comfort was average. The pillow provided in the cabin was small and not very comfortable, and there were no extra pillows available at the time. It’s quite a basic setup, so expectations should be kept minimal.
