Sleepover Terminal 3, Concourse B - formerly sleep 'n fly

Room as expected and overall good

There is only a single receptionist on at my check-in time ad the process of trying to checkin for a room already paid for with a 4 hr stopover took 20 mins, this is too long and there should be a way to help this person when there are other customers that have pre-paid and booked their room. These other customers were just walk in's that had never used it before so had multiple questions etc taking up far too much time Also, i could be wrong but there is no light control for the top bunk in the double bunk room so you have to get out of bed to go turn the light out

Showers stank Shower mixer control was wobbly and hard to control temp and flow.

Exactly as described and pictured (chair, with sheet and pillow, converting to a flat bed). Sleepover easy to locate. "Room" was clean, quiet and secure, with personal temperature control and ample storage for carry on luggage. Shared toilet and shower facilities located within Sleepover a quick walk down a carpeted corridor. Tea and coffee station in reception area. Staff very friendly. I had an 11 hour layover, so booked an eight hour stay and was able to sleep lying down!!!

Good enough for transit. They gave me an extra blanket when I asked for one because the AC was cold (central AC). Spacious enough if you're not big.

The bathrooms are not very clean. Pretty disgusting.
