Booked this as a convenient hotel at Dubai airport... it is anything but. Not walkable, shuttle every half hour, you can see the hotel from the bus station, but you CANNOT walk.. total farce. An hour to get 0.1 miles... then forever to check in... waited a further 20 minutes... do yourself a favour, book a proper hotel away from the airport and get a cab...

On the shuttle to the airport, the other guests' luggates were thrown out of the card behind the shuttle. The shuttles themselves didn't come on time and in cases were cancelled without any announce as such, leaving the guests waiting unadvised for 45-50 minutes, when the shuttle had been originally advised to depart every 30 minutes 24/7.

Our flight got in super late and we just needed a place to drop bags and get some rest. I knew nothing about this place before I booked it. Much to our delight the staff was super friendly and professional. The room was on the small side but perfect for our needs. The only complaint was not much hot water. The absolute diamond was the complimentary breakfast buffet. I expected far less and was stunned by the amazing variety of food and beverages. Easily the breakfast would have come at a charge at home but was free. Very near to the airport. Highly recommended and I would stay here again.

Clean basic room. Slept well, quiet. Biggest issue. Walked long way to find the hotel shuttle, i waited 20mins and it drive in and out. Didnt stop for me. I walked back to terminal, line of 150ppl for taxis. It ended up costing me 150dirhams for 5 min drive in a Vip taxi. It was 46 degrees and humid. I couldnt try and wait for another shuttle and risk it driving by again

The room was outdated, dust bin in the washroom was broken- spoke to FIVE different people (including the Duty Managers & House Keeping) over FOUR days and nothing was done to have it replaced. We also were open to moving rooms and the room offered to us was also in shambles! The standing shower area had insects housing themselves in one corner, grime and filth in the washroom. All in all the Worst experience a family could have gone through on a vacation. Would not recommend this property to anyone!

Great location close to the airport. Be mindful it still takes a minute to get to by shuttle, you cant walk there as its across the highway. The breakfast was really big, great variety, definitley way more options than the typical continental breakfast that some hotels provide. Highlty recommend if youre looking for a comfortable hotel thats near the airport with a great breakfast.

After a check-in in the early hours of the morning, the staff were very friendly and supportive on arrival from the complimentary airport shuttle to the staff at the desk. Breakfast was in a buffet format with a wide variety of options available. The room was very clean on arrival and exactly what was needed after a long haul flight. Check out in the morning was very straight forward with Keir showing a lot of kindness in relation to our stay.

Staff were always professional, knowledgeable and patient. The accommodation was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts as well as the buffet meals provided in the evenings. Free shuttles to and from the airport, malls and the beach were reliable and the drivers very competent and helpful.
