Overall, the hotel is decent and I’ve had good experiences before. However, during this stay there was a noticeable sewage smell in the hallway, which was very unpleasant. Also, the Ramadan dinner buffet was extremely crowded at sunset, and when coming slightly later there was very little food left. Hope it can be improved.

I stayed in the hotel apartments for two weeks due to a business trip. The best part was the breakfast buffet. All the food was freshly prepared every day, with plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits. You can also request egg dishes made to order, and the chefs are truly skilled. The head chef, Rodrigo (I apologize if I misspelled his name), clearly takes great pride in his cooking. When he found out I was Korean, he even specially prepared kimchi for me. The concierge team and staff were all very kind, which made my entire stay enjoyable. I frequently used the outdoor pool as well as the gym. Although the hotel is a bit far from downtown, the Green Line metro station is very close, and there is a large supermarket in the same building, which made everything extremely convenient. However, it is unfortunate that the facilities feel somewhat outdated. I occasionally noticed unpleasant odors in the restrooms (in the lobby and near the first-floor gym). There was also a leak from the bathroom ceiling in my room. When I preheated the oven in my room to 200°C, the circuit breaker tripped several times. In addition, the washing machine and dryer did not function properly—the drying cycle took far too long and clothes did not dry well. That said, these drawbacks were minor compared to the great location and the kindness of the staff. I would definitely stay here again for sure. • It would be nice if the gym could also provide 2 lb dumbbells for female guests.

I stayed in the Residences section of the hotel, my 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious with 1 1/2 bath, full kitchen and roomy living room section. The room was spotless clean and comfortable and smartly decorated and furnished. The hotel staff from reception to dining room were all attentive and professional. I did the half board option and found the breakfast and dinner buffets to be good assortment and tasty, especially the Indian foods and flavors.

Gym and pool were okay. Staff were helpful and friendly. Not much to do in terms of activities, however, the metro station was within 5mins walk from hotel, which was very convenient for me. Clean room, and staff were able to help when available. Staff is responsive - I requested a change in something, and they were able to get it done in time.

The hotel provided a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The customer service was exceptionally attentive and friendly, making us feel most welcome. Our room was incredibly comfortable, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment after a long day. I was also very grateful for the flexibility allowing an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. Furthermore, the amenities available added significant value to our stay, enhancing the overall enjoyment of our visit.

This hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Dubai. It's very close (less than five minute walk) to the Al Qiyadah Metro station, from where you can get to most anywhere in Dubai. On the walk between the hotel and the Metro station one can find not one but TWO supermarkets. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room is clean, comfortable, and well appointed. With a coffee shop in the lobby, it's got everything you need for a relaxing stay in Dubai.

Terrible service. The staff is very unhelpful and disrespectful, specially to black people. We went to the dinner buffet and the man there yelled at us because we were 4 minutes early. We were told it started at 6 pm, we were there at 6:26 and the doors were not locked so we walked in. As we started looking at the buffet, he walked out of the kitchen and yelled at us like we were little kids. The next day we tried booking our stay using our points, we arrived at the hotel at 8 pm after a long day visiting, and they told us we had to call Singapore to use our points even though we had a confirmation and had booked everything online. In Singapore it was midnight and everything is closed. So we had no choice but to find a place to stay for the night. Our card was not working that is why we wanted to use our points. They are very quick to take payment but if you want to use your points you must call Singapore. Well then if you want to take my money you better call my bank in US too. So unprofessional.
