Guys taking suitcases and man in reception when we arrived helpful.Bed comfy

Only one bedside table which had a lamp that didn't fit socket. Had to move a chair to put lamp on other side of bed where a socket fitted. No tea or coffee. Ordered tea in the morning which never arrived! Told reception when leaving but no apology. Parts of place never cleaned like lid of bin greasy. Won't return

Good budget Hotel

After we received rooms we felt that rooms meets the expectations also the overall service staff was nice and ambience of the rooms were very nice also they maintain cleanliness in the property. Overall staying experience was good except check in process.

Manager at the reception was rude at the beginning, despite of check in time was 2.00 pm out of 3 rooms we have received 2 rooms after half an hour of check in and 1 room almost hour and half and that makes the minus point about the Hotel

Very disappointed

The receptionist Mr. Ibrahim delivered very bad services when we raised a concern. His attitude and conversation were really upsetting and frustrating. The security even understood our concern and tried to stop Mr. Ibrahim from his controversial questioning. Really, we are disappointed with this property and the management.

Room Maintenance is not good. Small Cockroaches everywhere and also so may Flies. Hot Water Tap was not working in master bathroom. I complained and Plumber came, but could not rectify the problem.

Apartment is clean and tidy. Furniture is good. Bathrooms are clean. Staff are friendly and respectful.

TV channels need update and to add more channels. Some furniture need repair. I do suggest to the administration to have regular inspection d maintenance for the facility and the building in general...

Tahir Ali was a great staff who really helped make our stay comfortable.

The location was just perfect for us - we had specific reasons to be in that area. The room was well maintained and really appreciate the personnel helping out with the cleaning and support (Especially: Tahir Ali who was quite helpful at all times). Breakfast was sufficent and always had a variety across days. The rooms were spacious and the environment was quite well maintained and clean.

There was ridiculously bad and interupting internet at all times (we stayed 9 days and almost every day we had issues). It is practically impossible to ''work from room'' and i had to in between online internet meetings rush off to connect on the hotspot to my mobile since the internet in the appartment kept getting disconnected. Despite multiple requests to the reception, they really did not help out. Not a complain, but while we were there, they also had a few days of cleaning the verandah: with liquids that had the smell of paint/kerosene which made it a bit difficult to move around the verandah to catch the lift. If such a maintenance activity was planned on the floor, they should not have given us a room on that floor. Do not expect to do an early check in. We literally had to roam around (After a very long flight) for almost 5 hours before we could check in.
