Adequate for the price paid & location to the airport. Booked a room with a sofa bed. At check in (9pm), was advised housekeeping would need to go & make up the sofa bed. Went for food & 2 hours later still not done. Called reception & waited 20 minutes. Still no one arrived. I went to reception & finally got it done. Tried a couple of hot items at breakfast (omelette & beans). Neither were hot.

Very good and convenient Airporthotel. The shuttle bus service was excellent.Breakfast started at 6 am. We had breakfast at 6, took the shuttle at 7. And caught our flight easily.

It was very convenient with the shuttle bus from the airport. It was easy to find and it runs every 30 minutes. The room was good and quiet. We had breakfast around 9-9.30. It was ok, but the restaurant was extremely noisy and crowded. They didn’t fill up food , especially in the end of the breakfast time. 10 o’clock they took away everything. Anyhow it was good value for money. Next time we will have breakfast earlier.

Even though we have specifically reserived 1 room with 2 single beds, we were given 1 room with 1 queen bed. They said they had no room with 2 single beds. It is like giving no room for 1 person. In general we were not satisfied.

Booked this as a convenient hotel at Dubai airport... it is anything but. Not walkable, shuttle every half hour, you can see the hotel from the bus station, but you CANNOT walk.. total farce. An hour to get 0.1 miles... then forever to check in... waited a further 20 minutes... do yourself a favour, book a proper hotel away from the airport and get a cab...
