Clean and fast check in and check our process.
Housekeeping team was quite slow maybe because of the EID holidays. Hopefully next time they will be more responsive to the guest requirements 😊

the staff was good and very helpful, but there was a mistake since i book i room with king size, but they offer me ar oom with double bed, then after i called they change it and give me the room that i book
also they help to look for my watch , thank you

The space, and the location
The cleanliness and the fact that the staff were not organized. We had to wait for checkin, which was fine since we came early. But when we returned to check in they still asked us to wait.. they also had issues finding us the room we requested and booked and tried to offer us an upgrade (which to us did not seem like an upgrade when we saw it). We also had to leave earlier because of a family emergency (passing in the family) and request a partial refund which they promised to process the following day but never did. I don’t think we will return to this establishment again, it was disappointing and not up to the movenpick standards we expected.
