Location and before the rooms were clean and staff was very helpful now we don't know what has happened 🤔

The rooms used to be clean, and the staff was very helpful. But now, we're not sure what’s changed. The manager and staff have become very rude — especially with things like the lights turning off automatically, claiming they have no control over it. They don’t even wait a minute past checkout time, and the hotel manager clearly doesn’t know how to treat guests properly.

The reception staff were beyond amazing to my elderly mother who stayed there. Special mention to the young Nepalese pool staff member who was brilliant.

Upscale stay for comparatively low price

HUGE room for a low amount. Not far from the airport. VERY comfortable and quiet. Anytime I am in Dubai I will stay here.

Restaurant was not all that great. But, as an American traveling abroad, it was easy to get into the restaurant and it did have a decent food selection.

Comfortable apartment with friendly desk staff

The location was close to everything for our purposes. It was near my son’s apartment, and only a 15-20 minute walk to trains and buses, plus the Sahara Mall in Sharjah. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. Washing machine was very handy. Overall, pleased with our choice of stay.

The kitchen was stocked with dishes, but could use more. Bedroom closet could use more hangers. Furnishings are somewhat outdated.

It was excellent, Ahmed Manager was exceptionally good. Very helpful

Spacious of the apartments

The other manager who was sometimes working in the evening opposite Ahmed another Manager was rude a few times. He was serving me and as soon as someone came speaking in his language he started serving them whilst I was waiting. This happened twice and never apologised then continued to assist me as nothing had happened.

He made my stay smooth and welcoming. Also, I want to highlight Mr. Imran from housekeeping, who is one of the best staff members I have ever met. He is very respectful, hardworking, and does his job with great dedication and sincerity. Both of them truly represent the high standards of this hotel, and I highly appreciate their efforts.

No one likes gloomy apartments

It is close to restaurants

The rooms have poor lights, the sofas are in bad shape, bulging in the corners and sinking in the middle. Their televisions are outdated, and most of the time, it shows error messages. The apartment is gloomy. I stayed in these apartments in 2021 and 2022, and recently, this Oct 2023, and there is refurbishment only in the reception area. The curtains, sofa condition, and television issues are the same.
