Very helpful staff! We had a couple of small issues, but they were solved immediately. The refrigerator wasn’t working, but they replaced it almost instantaneously with a replacement. Lots of space. Nice to have a washing machine to use. The location was great, with so many restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and a 15-20 minute walk to the train station in one direction and a shopping mall in the other.

The reception staff were beyond amazing to my elderly mother who stayed there.
Special mention to the young Nepalese pool staff member who was brilliant.
